Old Britts is located in Washington State in the United States. You can place your order in several ways:

Please note: Our electronic ordering is via a secure server and is safe to send your credit card information from our Shopping Cart. It is not a good idea to E-mail your credit card information, so please do not do so. If you are E-mailing your order, please call or fax us your credit card information - Name, Address, Card Number and expiration date.

Once we have your credit card information on file, all future orders do not need to have your credit card information. If you are an existing customer and need to change some of your billing information, we require for security that you resubmit the last four digits of your credit card.

Our normal method of shipping is UPS Ground or Priority Mail - we'll select whichever is fastest/most economical for the size, weight and value of your package. Or, you can specify one of the following shipping services:

• UPS Ground: Delivery in 1 - 7 business days, depending on location
  
• UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery within three business days
  
• UPS 2nd day Air: Delivery within two business days
  
• UPS Next Day Air: Delivery the next business day
  
• Priority Mail: Delivery in 2 - 3 days by mail

Note: UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office box.
We use Priority Mail for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. We use air mail for orders going outside the US.
